Lodge Leadership Development

Lodge Leadership Development happens once a year and is available for every Arrowman! The purpose of the event is to build the team of lodge leaders who will guide Dzie-Hauk Tonga Lodge for the coming year. This training takes place either before the annual Winter Banquet or a full weekend sometime in the year, depending what the Lodge's Leadership deems appropriate.
